What is an automated interview?
An Automated Interview is a job interview given by our system and recorded by your webcam.
The questions are written by the hiring employer, specifically for this position.
Each question is shown on the screen for 30 seconds, you have that time to read the question and decide on your answer.
After that, your webcam will start recording your answer.
You can take as much time as you need between questions, each question will only appear after you click "start".
Your interview is captured by our system, then viewed by the hiring employer at their convenience.

Who will see my interview?
Only the hiring company. Your interview is secure and cannot be viewed outside of the Alpine Automated Interviews system,
so only the Employer who invited you to interview will be able to view it.
Will I ever get to meet someone face to face?
Absolutely, the automated interview is used to reduce the amount of time spent on face to face interviews, not to replace them.
The face to face interview is still a vital part of the interview process.
How long will this take?
Our interviews are designed by the hiring employer, so the length may vary, but most are between 3-6 questions,
and take less than 10 minutes to complete!
Is it legal for an employer to see me prior to meeting face to face?
This employer has selected you for an interview based on your resume, which is an objective tool.
The employer has determined that based on your resume and stated qualifications, you are a candidate worthy of a first interview.
That's what this is — a first interview — and nothing is learned through this interview that isn't learned in a live interview.
